KATIE REIDER TRIBUTE/BENEFIT CONCERT - 11/29/08
OIA Newswire

Katie Reider was an indie folk-rock singer/songwriter from Cincinnati, Ohio.

In July of 2007, Katie was diagnosed with a rare tumor that ate into her jaw and face, stole her voice, left her blind in one eye and ultimately killed her July 14, 2008 at the age of 30. Katie had two young children and her devoted life partner Karen, whom she had been with for 10 years. Get to know Katie Reider's genuine talent, wit and personality as we continue to help keep Katie's voice alive for an audience that might not have known her in life, but who might be touched even in her death.
